Here's an example of poetry that we crafted for a customer. It was translated into words from the thoughts of a loving man, whose name therein has been changed to protect his privacy. It is published here with his permission. The poem in your heart and mind could be very different.
If I had words to crystallize our love
I would return us to that summer night
in Santa Fe. Stars filled our eyes. Their light
warmed earth beneath while apples hung above.
Our minds awoke that night. Push came to shove
because we tasted what we should not bite.
We were unripe, but right to crave this fight
With Eden’s hawkish landlord, no sweet dove.
Now, seven thousand feet above the sea
whence we had come, our lips gasped for air
in Enchantment’s highland. As we now knew, the tree
inhaled our breath, exhaled oxygen, a pair
symbiotic, lifemating together, begetting yet free.
Suzanne, the starlight dances in your hair.
